What parents say...

What first comes to mind when you think of Stepping Stones?

We chose this school for our children because of its international and multicultural orientation; we welcomed the idea of Daniël and Ava learning English and interacting with children with different backgrounds and cultures from early ages onwards.

How does Stepping Stones contribute to the education of your children?

Over the past four years, we got to know Stepping Stones as a school that is very much engaged with its children and their parents, which makes us feel ‘at home’ in the school. Most importantly, we feel the staff promotes a positive social atmosphere, in which children feel safe, confident and happy. Every morning our children wake up eager to go to school.

Would you recommend Stepping Stones to other parents?

We are absolutely happy with our choice for Stepping Stones! The IPC teaching broadens children’s knowledge and attitudes towards themes such as space and the human body. As a parent, you feel inspired to get engaged. Our children for example learnt about the Brazilian Carnaval and Eid-al-Fitr via parental guest lectures when the IPC theme was ‘celebrations’. Across the school, almost all the children and teachers know each other. We feel the teachers are supportive, motivated and easily approachable. This gives us a sense that we are really taking care of Daniël and Ava’s development together.
